H.E Lt. Gen. Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, Chairman of the Council of Police Leaders at the MoI, chaired the first meeting for 2023 AD held remotely in the presence of police chiefs, senior officers and officials of the MoI.

The council discussed a number of important issues raised on its agenda, making decisions and recommendations in this regard.

The council reviewed the results of the implementation of the police station project on your phone.

It also reviewed the most important measures taken in this field, including the formation of work teams to transfer electronic programs used in police stations in the country and transfer them to the application of the police station on your phone, and list the programs and services that can be benefited from, preparing a work guide for them, and holding coordination meetings and workshops to link these programs to the application in order to deepen the benefit from it at the state level.

The Council reviewed a report on the efforts of the Ministry of the Interior Center for Child Protection, and the impact of the educational campaigns and events it carried out at the federal and international levels, which helped contribute to enhancing awareness of child culture and raising the level of security in the field of child protection among various groups of society.

The Council discussed the results of the Communities Criminal Risk Committee, the number of registered disturbing reports and the nationalities of the perpetrators.

The Council reviewed a report on the system of combating money laundering crimes, and the total number of reports and cases registered in the country during the past year 2022 AD. The Council also reviewed a number of other topics on its meeting schedule that are related to the policies implemented by the Ministry of Interior, and made the necessary recommendations in this regard.
