The MoI organizes ‘The human being is the center of our services’ Forum

The MoI, represented by the General Directorate of Happiness, organized a forum entitled "The human being is the center of our services" as part of the activities of the Future Services Diploma Program, one of the initiatives of the MoI’s program for happiness and quality of life, which was held at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai. This forum comes within the vision of the wise leadership to enhance cooperation and integration between government agencies to achieve the highest rates of happiness and quality of life for the UAE community.

The forum was attended by Brig. Gen. Mohammed Obaid Al Dhaheri, Director General of Human Resources at the MoI, Human Resources directors, Customer Happiness Centers directors, a number of ministry officers, in addition to employees of the Future Services Diploma Program.

During the forum, three working papers were presented, the first of which was initiated by Salim Al Shaami, Director of the Government Services Development Department at the Prime Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, entitled Designing Human-Centered Services . Afterwards came Hammad Al Hammadi, Director of Digital Channels Department at the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA), spoke in his paper about the unified government services system "Tamm". Iman Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Senior Director of the Dubai Model Center affiliated to the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai, concluded the presentation with a working paper tagged with the 360 services policy.

The speakers stressed that the UAE, with the vision of its wise leadership, is continuing on a path of leadership and excellence through the government services system, which has raised the country to the highest levels of international competitiveness, noting that the promise of the UAE government for future services that has been approved in the country, is based on a basic axis which is The human being is the center of our services , from which the service is developed through his participation in the continuous evaluation so that these services become comprehensive and accurate and are provided anytime anywhere.

Furthermore, many other points were reviewed such as distinguished Emirati experiences in providing services to customers, clarifying the main principles for designing and providing government services, the main points in the charter of the UAE government, which gave people the greatest attention, by providing distinguished digital services, and secure data that guarantees privacy in a smooth and proactive experience.
