Joint Statement Between Police College and China Public Security University
The Ministry of Interior, through the Police College, has signed a joint statement with the China Public Security University to strengthen collaboration in academic areas and facilitate the exchange of expertise and knowledge.
The statement was signed by Brigadier Walid Salem Al Shamsi, Commander of the Police College, and Liu Wenjun, Vice President of the China Public Security University, representing the Chinese side. During their visit, the Chinese delegation was introduced to the qualification programs, training plans, and best practices implemented by the Police College to train police personnel according to the highest international standards.
Discussions focused on ways to deepen cooperation between the two institutions in police education and training, while Police College officers provided insights into the various departments and programs that contribute to the professional development of police personnel. The visit also included a tour of the Police College’s facilities, such as classrooms, laboratories, and state-of-the-art technologies, all of which play a crucial role in helping the college achieve its goals in line with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior.
