The Ministry of Interior Hosts the 7th Periodic Meeting of the Zero Bureaucracy Program

The Ministry of Interior hosted the 7th periodic meeting of the Zero Bureaucracy Program in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Office and Etisalat Academy. The event coincided with the Future Services Forum, organized as part of the 10th cohort of the Future Services Diploma, one of the Ministry’s initiatives for happiness and quality of life. This reflects the UAE’s ongoing commitment to developing competencies and achieving its vision of building a flexible and effective future government.

The forum was attended by H.E. Major General Salem Ali Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Resources and Support Services; H.E. Mohammed bin Taliah, Head of Government Services at the Prime Minister’s Office; H.E. Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al Mualla, Commander-in-Chief of Umm Al Quwain Police; H.E. Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al Kaabi, Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police; Brigadier General Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director General of Happiness; along with several officers from the Ministry of Interior, police leaders across the UAE, and representatives from federal and local government entities.

During the forum, Brigadier General Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi presented the Ministry of Interior’s experience in implementing the Zero Bureaucracy Program, emphasizing the elimination of unnecessary procedures and requirements, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer journeys to access advanced, high-quality services within an agile and seamless system. He also explored the concepts of anticipating the future of government services and addressing future challenges by innovating proactive solutions.

The forum also highlighted the Zero Bureaucracy Government Award, presented by the program’s team from the Prime Minister’s Office, shedding light on the award's primary objectives, categories, and stages.

Participants in the Future Services Diploma shared their success stories in enhancing their services using the tools and skills acquired during the diploma. These efforts contributed to the implementation of the Zero Bureaucracy Program in their respective entities and achieving its main goals.
