Community Protection and Crime Prevention Explores Expanded Initiatives in the "Year of Community"

The General Directorate of Community Protection and Crime Prevention at the Ministry of Interior, led by Colonel Dr. Saif Salem Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Acting Director General, convened to chart actionable steps for implementing initiatives under the UAE’s "Year of Community 2025" slogan, "Hand in Hand." The initiative emphasizes unity, collaboration, and fostering a cohesive society.

Colonel Al Nuaimi stressed the importance of aligning with the leadership's vision to build stronger communities, enhance family cohesion, and nurture values of cooperation and national belonging.

A series of specialized initiatives, developed in partnership with key stakeholders, focus on enhancing community security, reinforcing family ties, and promoting loyalty and national identity. A dedicated working team, including representatives from various departments and police HQs across the UAE, has been formed to ensure seamless collaboration and impactful results.
