Supreme Committee for the Development of Judicial Electronic Systems holds "Innovation Laboratory for Future Foresight of Judicial Electronic Services"

The Supreme Committee for the Development of Judicial Electronic Systems organized an "Innovation Laboratory for Future Foresight of Judicial Electronic Services" in Ras Al Khaimah. Committee members were welcomed by HE Counselor Hassan Saeed Mahmeed, Attorney General of Ras Al Khaimah.
During the laboratory, proposals for service development were discussed, aligning with the UAE government's directives to eliminate bureaucracy and create a more flexible and agile government system focused on human-centric services.
A vision for smart services was introduced, highlighting ways to streamline the customer journey, enhance government procedures, increase satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve information and communication technology through smart connectivity between entities.
The laboratory featured a brainstorming session on enhancing connectivity and judicial electronic services, aiming to facilitate and expedite customer requirements, thereby improving the quality of life for the Emirati community.
The Innovation Lab generated a set of valuable recommendations and ideas, emphasizing future societal needs and the requirements of those engaging with the Ministries of Interior, Justice, and judicial bodies.
