MOI Discusses the Administrative Operations Development Strategy for 2024
The Quality Department of the General Directorate of Strategy and Performance Development at MOI organized a workshop titled "Review and Development of Administrative Operations for 2024" at the Federal Police School in Sharjah. The workshop is in collaboration with and attended by the General Police HQs, as well as relevant departments and sectors within the Ministry.
This workshop is part of the ongoing effort to enhance institutional performance and refine operational protocols to achieve the Ministry’s objectives and strategies. Its aim is to elevate efficiency levels, productivity, and effective performance to ensure sustained and seamless operations with optimal readiness.
The workshop was led by a team including Ali Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Head of the Administrative Operations Department, Major Saif Rashid Al Saadi, and First Lieutenant Abdulrahman Hussein Al Balushi.
