The UAE Ministry of Interior hosts the global conference on the performance management of the UN peacekeeping police chiefs, in cooperation with the United Nations Police.

The conference is scheduled to be held in Abu Dhabi for 4 days in a row. Community police chiefs will discuss a number of topics that enhance performance in global peace and security tasks, as well as their vital role in international conflicts and the post-stabilization and security enhancement phase, aiming to provide effective police services to ensure the protection of societies and bolster their stability.

The global conference was opened today with the participation of 17 police chiefs from all over the world and in the presence of a number of UAE officers who shared with their counterparts the best practices and successful experiences. They also exchanged experiences and knowledge to shore up international cooperation, especially in the areas of establishing peace in societies following the times of crises
