ICP Delegation reviews the best practices in MOI in service development
A delegation from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security made a working visit to the Ministry of Interior to review best practices in service development at the General Directorate of Happiness. This visit aimed to exchange information and expertise between government agencies to foster excellence and leadership in institutional work and deliver superior public services.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the customer happiness system, including its coordination with relevant Ministry units. They were also briefed on the mechanisms for service development, improvement, and addressing customer suggestions through a presentation by the Services Development Department.
