MOI Organizes Specialized Panel Discussions for Police Investigators

The Ministry of Interior, through its General Directorate of Security Support and Investigation Organization Department, in collaboration with the Federal Public Prosecution, Ajman General Prosecution, relevant police commands, and the Ministry’s Public Relations Department, has initiated specialized panel discussions for investigators. Hosted at the headquarters of the Ajman Police General HQs, these sessions will run until December 2024, focusing on various topics in police investigations and exploring modern, innovative practices in investigative work.

The initiative aims to prepare and develop national cadres of investigators, equipping them with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to handle a range of cases with professionalism and precision. The sessions provide training on investigation procedures, effective modern surveillance techniques, and best practices in security and police investigations, ensuring participants are well-prepared to meet the demands of their roles.
The panel discussions are conducted at the General Police HQs, featuring active participation from officers and personnel involved in police investigations. The sessions are presented by experts and specialists from the Federal Public Prosecution and relevant departments within the Ministry of Interior, ensuring a high level of expertise.
These discussions, led by the Investigation Organization Department, focus on critical aspects of police sciences, legislative frameworks, and effective case management strategies. Key topics include the Federal Public Prosecution’s examination of The Role of Police Investigators in Case Progression and Procedure Completion, a discussion by the General Department of Police Justice on The Impact of Behavioral Violations on Institutional Reputation, and insights from the General Directorate of Legal Affairs regarding the Executive Regulations of the Law on Juvenile Delinquents and Those at Risk of Delinquency. Additionally, the Federal Social Support Department will present on Policies and Procedures in Managing Family Disputes, while the General Directorate of the Federal Criminal Police will delve into Evidence Collection Procedures for Environmental Crimes.
