Presided by Maj. Gen. Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, the Permanent Higher Committee of Internal Security examined during its periodic meeting a number of strategic projects and initiatives on ways to uphold security, enhance safety and fulfill KPIs.

The meeting was held in Sharjah, and attended by Sharjah Police Commander in Chief Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, UAE Civil Defense Commander in Chief Maj. Gen Jassim Mohammed AlMarzouqi, Director General of MoI Preventive Security Maj. Gen. Abdulaziz Maktoum Al Sharifi and Acting Assistant to the Commander-in-Chief for Operations Maj. Gen. Abdullah Al Ghaithi.

The meeting tackled coordination and cooperation with strategic partners, readiness,  preparedness and workflow plans, in order to offer the best services to society.
