The workshop, inaugurated by His Excellency Abdullah Abdul Jabbar Al Majid, Advisor to the Minister of Justice, spanned two days in Abu Dhabi.

During the initial session, participants deliberated on novel services and brainstormed strategies aligning with the UAE government's drive to streamline administrative processes, diminish bureaucratic hurdles, and eliminate redundant requisites. Emphasis was laid on upholding service quality and precision to align with the objectives of the UAE Centennial 2071 and imbue patriotic values encapsulated in the "We are the Emirates" vision.

The subsequent day featured updates on the rollout of initial services from the third phase and a comprehensive review of forthcoming services in the same phase.
