Community Protection and Crime Prevention Delegation reviews the best practices in the Punitive and Correctional Institutions in Dubai and Sharjah
The Strategic Development Team from the General Directorate for Community Protection and Crime Prevention at the Ministry of Interior embarked on visits to key Punitive and Correctional Institutions in Dubai and Sharjah. Their objective was to bolster strategic security and community plans while fostering the exchange of expertise across police sectors. During these visits, the team assessed procedural advancements, assimilated operational methodologies, and fortified collaboration frameworks.
The focus lay on achieving the Ministry of Interior's strategic goals, particularly in crime reduction and the analysis of its underlying causes, including the study of inmate conditions. Such reciprocal visits serve to enhance communication, cooperation, and coordination among security agencies, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and methodologies. These initiatives aim to foster development, excellence, and leadership within the Ministry of Interior.
Colonel Dr. Ali Mubarak Al Zaabi, leading the strategic development team at the General Administration for Community Protection, emphasizes the significance of exchanging opinions, experiences, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
