The main purpose of any partnership created by the MOI is to contribute to the realization of the MOI's vision for the United Arab Emirates to be one of the safest countries in the world.

Partnership is defined as Joint work between the Ministry of Interior and one or more government entities (federal or local), the private sector or civil society institutions that contribute to the realization of the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior.
