Creativity Development Program

Within the directives of the Council of Ministers to create an innovative environment in the federal institutions, the Ministry of Interior has adopted its creative staff members through the launch of the "Creativity Development Program"
The Program gears towards developing creative abilities and provide staff members with an inspiring environment through training courses and by briefing them on the best local and international practices to develop innovative solutions for the challenges facing the Emirati society.

Prepare an inspiring environment to enhance creative abilities among staff members.
Selection Stages

All winners of the Director General's Award at the Ministry of Interior's suggestion system.
Testing creative abilities
Selecting 20 employees to join the program according to the testing higher score

Preparation and Training

Holding training courses on innovation.
Paying internal and external visits to innovation centers.
Organizing meetings with senior officials and elite academics at the Ministry of Interior.
