The library makes paper books available for the public to choose from information sources printed in Arabic and English, for free. This will encourage them to keep these sources in their home libraries.
In response to the "Year of Reading" initiative, launched by President His Highness, the Security Media Department at the Ministry has launched an initiative titled: Used Books; Recycling for Education’. Droboxes will receive books donated from all departments; end-users will select the books of their choice and keep them for free.
