Lt. General H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has launched the Positive Customer application to be an interactive platform for all segments of society at all times. The announcement of the new application comes as part of the Ministry of Interior's smart initiatives and projects designed for the coming 50 years. 

The application is a tool that allows customers to share their ideas and opinions about the services offered by the Ministry. It also supports the Ministry of Interior in understanding the future needs of customers and their expectations. The Positive Customer application also contributes to promoting public health and safety standards for workers and customers, especially in light of the precautionary measures put in place by the state to curb the spread of Covid-19.

The application enables the Ministry of Interior to assign some tasks to previously qualified and approved positive confidential dealers to ensure a smooth journey for customers through various service delivery channels.
