Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the General Directorate of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior will organize the virtual 'Gender Balance' Forum. The Forum comes as part of the country's celebration of the Emirati Women Day to highlight women's achievements and empowerment in all domains. The event is held in accordance with the directives of the judicious leadership to realize gender balance at the workplace.

The MoI Happiness Department co-organized the forum with partners from the Federal Youth Authority, the General Women’s Union and Dubai Women Establishment.
