1. Applying to open a file requires visiting service centers to pay the fees.

2. Weak awareness of the application methods for the traffic file opening service through media outlets and social media channels.

3. Difficulty attending theoretical classes.

4. Extended completion time for opening a file, taking up to a full year without repayment.

5. Applicant must be at least 17 years old to open a traffic file.

Development ideas

1. Simplifying the procedures and expedite service delivery.

2. Integrating the high school student database from educational institutions with the traffic system for driver licensing, enabling electronic traffic file opening and issuance of driver's licenses.
