2. Filling out the data (entering the ID number or unified number of the deceased - the Ministry of Health number of the deceased - specifying the emirate to which the deceased is to be transferred - choosing the relevant service center - attaching the death certificate) from the service centers.
3. Receiving the report from the hospital or from Operations room and referring it to the competent center
4. Informing the deputy prosecutor on duty and then inserting the report into the unified criminal system
5. Sending letters to the Islamic Affairs Department and copies to the authorities concerned with transporting the dead body
