Hassantuk is a UAE smart city initiative connecting all buildings to its Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) via installed Alarm Transmission Equipment (ATE). In case of a fire or life-threatening event, the ATE instantly sends an alert to the ARC, where operators verify it and notify emergency services within seconds, ensuring faster response times.

Hassantuk operates 24/7, receiving fire, life safety, and maintenance alarms. Verified maintenance alerts are automatically sent to building service providers, ensuring immediate repairs and safer buildings.

Designed for flexibility, Hassantuk can integrate building management systems, health alerts, aircraft warnings, intruder detection, and CCTV as UAE’s safety needs evolve.

Subscription to Hassantuk is mandatory under UAE Cabinet Resolution No. (24) of 2012 & Ministerial Resolution 505 of 2012.

Building owners must cover installation and annual subscription fees as per MOI regulations.
