MOI Rolls Out 3rd Session of the "Child Protection Specialist" Program
The Ministry of Interior's Child Protection Center has initiated the third session of the Child Protection Specialist Program, aiming to step up community protection efforts by enhancing the capabilities of professionals working in child protection. This is achieved through specialized training and development programs aligned with international best practices.
The program is designed to train and improve the efficiency of police HQs' personnel in child protection. Participants acquire critical skills to interview child victims in collaboration with judicial authorities. The training sessions and curriculum are delivered in cooperation with the National Center for Child Advocacy in the US.
Led by local and international specialists and experts, the program covers essential topics, including responding to child abuse cases, handling electronic evidence, leveraging AI platforms, evidence collection requirements, positive thinking, mental focus, and various legal aspects related to child protection legislation.
