Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, , presided over the signing ceremony of cooperation agreements between the Ministry of Interior and esteemed police organizations, leaders, and academies from the US and Canada, held on the sidelines of the police college graduation ceremony in 2024.

These agreements signify a commitment to the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and cultural collaboration in research, study, and training domains.

They also aim to facilitate student exchange programs, joint academic initiatives, and the organization of joint cultural meetings and events.

The signing ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Walid Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of the police college, representatives from the International Association of Police Chiefs (IACP), American police commanders from Chattanooga, Metropolitan Las Vegas, the Metropolitan Department, and the Toronto Police Service in Canada, along with officials from the Collins College of Law Enforcement Academy.
