Internal Security Supreme Committee Assesses Subcommittee and Taskforce Performance
Chaired by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, the Supreme Committee for Internal Security convened its regular meeting to review the outcomes of its subcommittees and taskforces. The meeting, held remotely via videoconference, also addressed key topics and performance indicators related to internal security, aiming to enhance security measures, strengthen public safety, and achieve strategic objectives.
Discussions covered training plans and programs for various police general HQs, focusing on assessing preparedness, ensuring readiness, and enhancing coordination with strategic partners. Additionally, business continuity plans were reviewed to guarantee the seamless delivery of top-tier services to the community.
The meeting was attended by the country’s police chiefs, representatives from police general HQs, directors-general serving on the committee, and senior officers from the Ministry of Interior and police general HQs nationwide.
