Proactive Steps for the Future: Ministry of Interior Aims for Zero Bureaucracy in Services by 2025

Through its General Directorate of Happiness, the Ministry of Interior organized a specialized workshop to discuss the Action Plan for the Zero Government Bureaucracy Program in the Ministry of Interior’s Services for 2025. Hosted at the Police Sports and Shooting Club in Ajman, the event brought together service stakeholders from police and security sectors, the country’s general police HQs, and other ministry departments to collaborate on streamlining operations and eliminating bureaucratic hurdles in services. The initiative also involved coordination with strategic partners to enhance cooperation and ensure unified efforts.
The workshop focused on identifying major challenges and opportunities for innovation to improve service delivery. Participants explored solutions aimed at ensuring the sustainability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of services.
