"Design Your Service" initiative
The General Directorate of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior hosts brainstorming workshops involving customers, partners, and representatives from service providers across all sectors within the ministry.
The workshops are part of the "Design Your Service" initiative rolled out by the Ministry of Interior. The objective is to engage various customer demographics in the design and enhancement of ministry services, fostering proactive, interconnected services tailored to their requirements and fulfilling their needs.
