The international workshop, which discusses Managing the Performance of United Nations Police Commanders in Peacekeeping Operations, will begin in Abu Dhabi, with wide international participation. It will be held in the United Arab Emirates for the second year in a row, given the country’s good reputation in promoting joint international action.

This workshop serves as a dialogue platform for United Nations Police Chiefs and senior United Nations officials to jointly discuss the future plans of the United Nations for sustainable development in the areas of international police work.
