Bin Wraiqa Service Development Workshop Kicks Off
To align with the UAE government’s objectives of eliminating bureaucracy, improving the efficiency of government procedures, and enhancing global competitiveness, the Emergency Doctors Access Facilitation Service Committee at the Ministry of Interior organized a workshop to advance the Bin Wraiqa service. The workshop, held at the Police Sports and Shooting Club in Ajman, brought together representatives from the ministry’s service partners, including health authorities, hospital operators across the country, and police leadership.
Discussions with attending doctors and specialists focused on enhancing the electronic integration between the Ministry of Interior and its service partners, ensuring the service is accessible via the smart platforms of health authorities. The customer journey for doctors was reviewed, and mechanisms to streamline procedures were discussed, including exempting responding doctors from traffic violations incurred while transferring to hospitals for emergency and critical medical cases. Additionally, proposals for further developing the service were explored.
