MOI Virtual Workshop Promotes Workplace Awareness
As part of its commitment to implementing best practices under the National Program for Happiness and Wellbeing in the Work Environment for 2025, the General Directorate of Happiness, represented by the Staff Happiness Department, organized an educational awareness workshop titled Bullying in the Work Environment. The session was conducted remotely via video conferencing and presented by psychological specialist Maryam Abdul Qader from the Federal Social Support Department.
The workshop explored the concept of workplace bullying, its various types and forms, and the psychological impact it has on employees. It also highlighted several studies that examine the repercussions of occupational bullying and its negative effects on the workforce.
Concluding the session, the speaker outlined practical strategies for addressing workplace bullying, offering systematic solutions to foster a healthy, supportive, and secure work environment for all employees.
