The UAE police leadership council held its virtual meeting for the current quarter presided by HE Lt. Gen. Dhabi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai, in presence of police leadership, high level officers and officials from the Ministry of Interior.
The council addressed multiple important points on its agenda and took relevant decisions.
The council also tackles some traffic issues such as organizing timings for trucks on roads connecting different emirates.
The council reviewed adequate solutions, mitigating any consequences. The council also reviewed the results of the campaign on keeping to the lane and no taking over.
It looked into issues related to emergency exits on main federal and local roads.
The council reviewed a study in deaths due to accidents on the roads on various emirates and the main reasons for these accidents.
