The Ministry of Interior, through the General Directorate of Relations and Protocol, organized a remote workshop titled Inspiring Leadership and Foreseeing the Future as part of the Whoever Taught Me a Letter series by the Public Relations Department. The series aims to disseminate effective knowledge, exchange experiences, and share successful practices. Dr. Nizar Al-Qahtani discussed inspirational leadership, developing leadership skills, and anticipating the future. The workshop emphasized innovation, clear communication, trust-building, and strategies for analyzing future trends to benefit organizations, leaders, and work teams.
