The Ministry of Interior and the Chinese Ministry of Public Security held a video conference to explore bilateral collaboration on the technical aspects of criminal DNA databases. This meeting is part of the ongoing UAE-China strategic police dialogue aimed at enhancing international police cooperation.

In attendance were officers from the DNA Database Center at the MOI and the Intelligence and Information Technology Department of the Chinese Ministry of Public Security. The discussion focused on exchanging experiences and sharing best practices in forensic sciences, along with other specialized topics.
