Saif bin Zayed Meets with Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Minister of Interior

Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, held a meeting today (Wednesday) with HE Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Minister of Interior of the sisterly State of Kuwait, at the Ministry of Interior headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance the existing cooperation between the two brotherly countries, with a particular focus on the security and police sectors, exploring opportunities for support and development in these areas. They also addressed several topics of mutual interest. HH then accompanied the guest minister and the Kuwaiti delegation on a visit to the Ministry of Interior's General Directorate of Happiness. The delegation was briefed on the ministry's smart services system, including the governance, evaluation, and follow-up methods employed through the specialized operations room. They also reviewed how the ministry delivers services to customers according to the highest international standards and practices.
The meeting was attended by HE Talal Al Zaabi, HE Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, HE Matar Hamed Al Neyadi, UAE Ambassador to Kuwait, Major General Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Commander of the National Guard, Major General Salem Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Resources and Support Services, Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, and several other officers from the Ministry.
Representing the State of Kuwait were HE Jamal Al Ghunaim, Kuwait's Ambassador to the UAE, Major General Pilot Sabah Jaber Al Sabah, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army, Major General Engineer Adel Ahmed Al Manawer, Advisor to the Minister, Major General Hamed Mohamed Al Dawas, Assistant Undersecretary for Criminal Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Khalid Abdul Hadi Al Shanfa, Head of the State Security Department at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Hamad Ahmed Al Muneifi, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Ali Al Adwani, Assistant Undersecretary for Nationality and Residency Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, along with other officials and officers.
