MOI Supports Ajman Economic Development in Upgrading Digital Channels to Global Star Service Rating

As part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between the Ministry of Interior and various federal and local government entities, a team from the Ministry supported the Ajman Department of Economic Development in upgrading its digital platforms (smart application and website) in line with the global star rating system for service rating. This initiative aligns with the Ministry’s service framework, which emphasizes future-focused service delivery, aimed at enhancing and sustaining leadership in the provision of government services. The exchange of institutional expertise underpins the commitment to elevating the UAE government’s work system and achieving excellence in service delivery in accordance with the nation's future aspirations.
