HH Lt. Gen. Saif bin Zayed, deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, chaired the digital wellbeing council meeting, held at the Dubai Youth Hub, in presence of HE Hessa bint Issa bou Hmaid, minister of community development, vice president of the council.
The meeting was attended by HE Shamma bint Souhail al Mazrouei, minister of state for youth and council member, HE Omar Sultan al Ulama, minister of state for digital economy, artificial intelligence, and remote applications, HE Mughir al Khaili, director of the community development department in Abu Dhabi, HE Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Ibrahim al Mualla, MoE undersecretary for academic affairs, HE Mohammed Ali al Kuwaiti, president of cybersecurity at the UAE government, HE Mohammed al Zarouni, deputy director general of TDRA, HE Younes al Nasser, deputy director general of Smart Dubai, Hessa Obeid al Toneji, representing parents, and Col. Dr. Rashed al Dhakheri, from MoI and the session rapporteur.
The council reviewed a study on digital wellbeing and the stay aware initiative, to raise awareness on the risks of technology, as well as the initiative to habilitate human resources on cybersecurity. The council also launched new pillars in the digital wellbeing platform to raise digital awareness.
