The Research and Development Center at the Ministry of Interior organized a working visit during which it received a delegation from the United Arab Emirates University to review the best practices in the Unified Contact Center, within the framework of enhancing institutional communication and exchanging information and expertise between government agencies.
The visiting delegation was briefed on the work mechanisms and modern systems at the Unified Contact Center at the Ministry, and the procedures for facilitating communication and contact with customers, and working to meet their needs and requirements as one of the most important interfaces and enablers for listening to and analyzing the customer's voice, with the aim of making the customers of the Ministry of Interior and the community of the United Arab Emirates happy.
At the end of the visit, the delegation expressed its thanks to the Ministry of Interior for the warm welcome, praising what it learned through the work system in the center, and following the best practices and the highest levels of efficiency and readiness.
