Brigadier Saif Al Zarri Al Shamesi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, chaired a meeting of Sharjah Police customer service centers in the presence of Colonel Abdullah Ibrahim bin Nassar, Director of Police Training Institute, Colonel Aref Hassan Hadeb, Director of Media and Public Relations Department, Colonel Rashid Salem Al Bass, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, Colonel Ali Rahma Al Owais, Director of Support Services Department, and a number of Department Directors of Sharjah Police.
He was briefed on the plans, initiatives, procedures and development projects implemented by the customer service centers to raise the efficiency of customer services to seven stars, according to the Global Star Rating System for Services.
During the meeting, the action plan, procedures and development projects were presented based on the evaluation of the level of services offered by various Sharjah Police Departments in order to achieve the highest satisfaction among the customers of Sharjah Police.
At the end of the meeting, Al Shamesi stressed the need for constant work to achieve the required standards in all customer service centers, while regularly reviewing the service delivery levels and methods, and implementing plans and programs related to measuring and evaluating customer satisfaction.
