Saif bin Zayed meets with INTERPOL Secretary General

Lieutenant General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, met with Valdisi Urquiza, Secretary General of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL).

His Highness discussed with the guest official ways to enhance international cooperation in confronting global security challenges and developments in organized crime. They stressed the importance of integrating efforts between law enforcement agencies and international police and security organizations to strengthen the pillars of security in societies, leading to a more secure and stable world.

The meeting was attended by Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior and President of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), Brigadier Saeed Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Federal Anti-Narcotics Department at the Ministry of Interior, and a number of officers, in addition to members of the delegation from INTERPOL who accompanied the Secretary General.
