The Ministry of the Interior recently organized a workshop titled "Zero Government Bureaucracy
programme," aimed at pioneering innovative work mechanisms to modernize services, simplify procedures, and enhance efficiency. The workshop also reviewed and evaluated progress made in aligning the ministry's services with the government's directive to streamline bureaucracy, fostering efficiency, quality, and flexibility in the UAE's governance.
This initiative underscores the Ministry's commitment to optimizing customer experience and refining government services. Major General Salem Ali Mubarak Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services, along with Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior and President of Interpol, were among the key attendees, joined by department directors and ministry officials.
The workshop outlined the scope and evaluation criteria of the "Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme", along with its overarching executive plan. It concluded with discussions on the comprehensive evaluation process to gauge the impact of implemented improvements, aiming to elevate customer satisfaction levels.
