The Ministry of Interior recently formalized a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Education and Knowledge, represented by Abu Dhabi School 42, in Abu Dhabi. Signed by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, the Ministry's Undersecretary, and H.E. Mubarak Hamad Al Muhairi, the Department's Undersecretary, the MoU underscores mutual cooperation in education, training, and innovative projects.
This partnership coincides with the UAE Innovates 2024 events, aiming to foster collaborative opportunities and exchange experiences for innovative software projects. Major General Al Khaili highlighted the Ministry's commitment to enhancing academic and training partnerships with educational institutions, fostering diversity in development axes to elevate government services and support strategic partnerships, including with the Department of Education and Knowledge.
The MoU will facilitate joint efforts in implementing innovative projects benefiting society across innovation, research, development programs, and foresight of the future. This aligns with the UAE government's aspirations to cultivate a generation equipped with future-ready skills, fostering active societal roles as producers, creators, and leaders. H.E. Mubarak Hamad Al Muhairi, the Department's Undersecretary, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing its role in providing programs to develop Emirati cadres in programming.
