Sharjah Police Delegation Visits MOI's Unified Call Center
A delegation from the Sharjah Police General HQs paid a visit to the Unified Call Center at the Ministry of Interior. The delegation was welcomed by Colonel Nasser Khalifa Al Falasi, Director of the Center, along with a number of senior officers.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the best practices and operational models implemented at the Center, as well as the advanced technologies and systems in place for managing internal and external communications. Particular attention was given to the processes for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and expressions of gratitude, along with the mechanisms for timely and effective response.
The delegation also gained insights into future plans aimed at further developing the communication infrastructure and enhancing institutional leadership through digital transformation and improved service delivery.
Officers at the Center highlighted the procedures designed to streamline communication channels with customers and address their feedback efficiently, aligning with the Ministry's broader vision of achieving customer happiness and delivering high-quality services to the UAE community.
At the end of the visit, the Sharjah Police delegation expressed sincere appreciation for the warm reception and commended the Unified Call Center’s advanced operational system, its adoption of international best practices in customer service, and its strong capabilities in corporate communications.
