The Ministry of Interior, through the General Directorate of Happiness, hosted a workshop titled Designing Human-Centered Government Services at the Police Officers Club in Ajman. This event brought together representatives from various departments and divisions across the country's general police commands, as well as all sectors of the Ministry of Interior.
The workshop aimed to advance service delivery by aligning with customer visions and needs. It focused on emphasizing the centrality of the human element in designing services and projects to enhance police work and elevate its standards. Attendees reviewed the mechanisms for designing customer-oriented government services and assessed their impact based on primary needs.
Discussions also covered strategies for improving and refining service quality within a system designed to eliminate bureaucracy and streamline procedures. This approach seeks to enhance service efficiency, flexibility, and performance, supporting the Ministry's strategic goals of business sustainability, continuity, and overall societal satisfaction.
At the conclusion of the workshop, a discussion session was held to address recommendations, key outcomes, and participant inquiries.
