The Ministry of Interior hosted the Future Services Forum during the ninth session of the Future Services Diploma.
This event, aligned with the Ministry's initiatives for happiness and quality of life, brought together key figures such as Brigadier Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi and Brigadier Mohamed Obaid Al Dhaheri.
Held at InterContinental Festival City - Dubai.
The forum featured discussions led by HE Ibrahim Salman Al Hammadi, Executive Director of Government Services Measurement at the Prime Minister’s Office. His working paper delved into the concept of services (2.0), emphasizing the significance of simplifying federal government procedures and transitioning towards impact measurement. Additionally, he highlighted the expansion of standards for evaluating customer experience from service centers to service channels and introduced the Government Services Observatory for real-time display of customer impressions.
Engineer Noura Shattaf, Executive Director of the Customer Happiness Sector at the Municipality and Planning Department, provided insights into the department’s goals, strategic map, and the service delivery strategy (2021-2025).
The forum, attended by over 400 participants representing 49 government and private entities, served as a platform for constructive discussions on enhancing public services and customer satisfaction.
