The collaboration between the Ministry of Interior and the University of Sharjah marked the graduation of the inaugural cohort of the "Professional Diploma in Legal and Judicial Sciences" program.

Thirty Ministry of Interior members, representing the program's first class, graduated. This initiative, rolled out jointly by the Ministry of Interior and the University of Sharjah, aims to enhance the legal and judicial qualifications of participants.

HE Professor Dr. Hamid Majoul Al Nuaimi, Director of the University of Sharjah, presented certificates to the Ministry of Interior graduates, alongside Colonel Dr. Hamad Ahmed Al-Alkim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Police Court Authority at the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Asma Nasiri, Director of the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah, and other Ministry officials. University faculty members served as program supervisors.

Organized by the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Police Judiciary and the General Directorate for Competency Development at the Ministry of Interior, the program spanned three months and included an average of 120 training hours, encompassing both physical and virtual components.

Throughout the program, graduates had twelve topics covering various legal and judicial aspects. These included general laws and legislation, decision-making mechanisms, legal consultations, judicial interpretations, disciplinary systems, and other pertinent subjects aimed at qualifying participants in legal and judicial matters.
