Ministry of Economy and Tourism Delegation Visits MOI to Review Global Star Rating Best Practices

The Ministry of Interior welcomed a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Economy and Tourism to exchange expertise and review best practices aligned with the global star rating system.

His Excellency Major General Salem Ali Mubarak Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, received the delegation led by Her Excellency Badria Yousef Al Maidour, Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector at the Ministry of Economy and Tourism. The visit provided a platform to strengthen collaboration, discuss innovative approaches, and share practical experiences in advancing digital services and institutional leadership.
Officials from the Ministry of Interior’s General Directorate of Happiness presented the frameworks and mechanisms adopted to elevate service development and organizational performance in line with global benchmarks. These initiatives reflect the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the UAE’s national agenda for innovation and digital transformation.

Concluding the visit, the delegation expressed appreciation for the Ministry of Interior’s warm reception and commended its leadership in pioneering service excellence, improving digital quality of life, and reinforcing security and community stability.
