MOI Celebrates Graduation in Career Path Program
The Ministry of Interior held a ceremony to celebrate the graduation under the Career Path Program. The initiative is part of the Ministry’s pioneering efforts to strengthen national capabilities and equip personnel with advanced academic and field training that meets the demands of modern security work.
In attendance were Major General Salem Ali Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services, Brigadier General Dr. Rashid Al Dhakhri, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry, along with a number of senior officers, ministry officials, academics, and representatives from participating entities.
In his address, Brigadier General Dr. Khalid Al Ameri, Director of the Human Resources Planning Department affirmed that the Career Path Program reflects the Ministry’s vision of investing in human capital as the cornerstone of institutional development and excellence. He commended the graduates for their dedication and commitment to acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties with competence and professionalism.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Major General Al Shamsi presented the partners with certificates of appreciation in their professional support to MOI to continue service in safeguarding the nation’s security and stability.
