MOH Delegation Visits MOI to Exchange Expertise and Strengthen Institutional Excellence
A delegation from the Ministry of Health and Community Protection recently visited the Ministry of Interior to explore best practices across various fields. This visit aligns with efforts to foster collaboration, exchange expertise among government entities, and enhance excellence in institutional performance while delivering top-tier public services.
Major General Salem Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, welcomed the delegation, led by His Excellency Abdullah Ahli, Assistant Undersecretary for the Services Sector at the Ministry of Health and Community Protection.
During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the Ministry’s employee and customer happiness mechanisms at the General Directorate of Happiness, as well as its human capital management standards at the General Directorate of Human Resources, which are aligned with global benchmarks.
The delegation also explored cutting-edge smart services and artificial intelligence solutions at the General Directorate of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Security. Additionally, they reviewed administrative and financial governance systems at the General Directorate of Strategy and the Internal Audit Office.
Concluding the visit, the delegation extended its gratitude to the Ministry of Interior for the warm reception and commended its commitment to excellence, adoption of best practices, and high levels of readiness and efficiency.
