A delegation from the Emirates School Establishment ESE Ajman took stock of best practices in wellbeing in the work environment at MoI. This comes as part of the local benchmarking that the ministry is undertaking to enhance cooperation with relevant authorities and entities with the aim to share experiences and expertise, and transfer knowledge in all aspects of wellbeing.

The visit was organized by the MoI research and development center, to host the ESE delegation at the customer happiness division in the ministry. The delegation was able to review best practices implemented by MoI to enhance wellbeing on all levels, in line with the national strategy 2031, in addition to the MoI efforts to ensure the happiness of customers and employees, and improve their wellbeing during and post Covid 19.
