MOI and Fujairah Environment Authority Step Up Collaboration to Combat Environmental Crimes

In a move to promote environmental awareness and safeguard natural resources, the Fujairah Police General HQs, in coordination with the Federal Criminal Police General Directorate at the Ministry of Interior and the Fujairah Environment Authority, held a joint coordination meeting at the General HQs in Fujairah.

The session brought together officers and officials from the relevant environmental departments to discuss strategies for integrating responsibilities and enhancing collaborative efforts in tackling environmental crimes. These measures aim to support environmental conservation and ensure compliance with national laws and regulations.

Participants highlighted the significance of exchanging expertise and sharing information, as well as conducting awareness campaigns targeting various segments of society to maintain a safe and sustainable environment for future generations.
