Ministry of Interior Honors Distinguished Graduates of Senior Leadership Course
H.E. Major General Salem Ali Mubarak Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, attended a ceremony held in the Ministry’s courtyard to honor a group of outstanding officers who completed the Senior Leadership Course. The program, conducted during the first half of 2025, was organized at the Institute of Police and Technical Sciences and the Leadership Development Center, in collaboration with Afak for Leadership Development.
During the ceremony, H.E. Major General Al Shamsi met with (8) honored officers, in the presence of Brigadier Dr. Omar Ibrahim Al Ali, Director General of the General Directorate of Competency Development, and Colonel Dr. Fahad Al Hosani, Director of the Institute of Police and Technical Sciences. He congratulated the honorees, commending their dedication and high performance throughout the training. He urged them to make full use of the knowledge and skills they acquired, applying them effectively in their professional fields. He reaffirmed the Ministry of Interior’s commitment to recognizing its distinguished members, encouraging them to continue striving for progress, leadership, and sustained development in security and military domains.
H.E. Major General Al Shamsi further conveyed his gratitude and appreciation to all those who contributed to the training program, stressing the importance of sustaining the development process and raising the performance levels of national cadres. He emphasized the need to strengthen all forms of support for them through available resources and opportunities, to achieve best practices and the highest standards, in line with modern changes and developments. He highlighted that this ensures business sustainability, continued excellence, institutional leadership, and the realization of the Ministry of Interior’s strategic objectives.
